METABOLIC

Metabolic is designed to incorporate a combination of HIIT and strength exercises. These are the two most effective routes to body composition change (fat burn) - put them together and you have a tough but rewarding session that will get results fast.

META-CIRCUIT

Classic old school circuits mixing cardio with resistance training. We move through multiple stations giving you a wide variety of exercises in one class… An awesome total body workout targeting the biggest muscle groups for the biggest results

CHALLENGE

We set the workout up on the board and off you go. The goal is to try and finish within the time limit as you chasing down meters, reps and calories within the time limit.

CALISTHENICS

Build upper body strength using your own bodyweight. This is a more technical class where you will learn how to perfect the correct form on moves like pull-ups, chin-ups, push ups, dips and more. Men and women of all levels welcome.

 

intensity

True High Intensity Training. A brilliant, simple and super effective circuit mix of cardio and weights. You don’t count reps, meters or calories - you just go to your maximum... rest ... and then go again.

 

Endurance / Chasers

Usually in pairs you will “chase down” targets on the cardio machines with some accompanying resistance exercises. This will help build your endurance and check your progress.

 

Hybrid

A mix of endurance and strength moves - here we up the weights section but keep some intensity with the cardio machines. Keeps the busy guessing.

 

Strength

No cardio today although you will still get the heart going. Today we just lift, push pull and carry weights.
